FLICKPAY provides technology and payment-order infrastructure for businesses and their customers.
FLICKPAY may integrate with third-party payment and cryptocurrency on-ramp providers. These providers may independently provide payment processing, identity verification, KYC/AML screening, cryptocurrency conversion, and related services.
FLICKPAY operates on a non-custodial model.
FLICKPAY does not custody customer cryptocurrency, fiat funds, or private keys and does not control customer wallets.
FLICKPAY does not require customers to transfer control of their private keys to FLICKPAY.
Where supported by the applicable on-ramp provider, cryptocurrency may be delivered directly to the blockchain address specified or generated for the relevant transaction.
Transactions involving third-party on-ramp or payment providers may be subject to their separate terms, privacy policies, fees, transaction limits, KYC requirements, and eligibility rules.
A third-party provider may approve, decline, delay, suspend, or cancel a transaction according to its policies or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. FLICKPAY is not responsible for cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect address or incompatible network.
Certain transactions may require identity verification, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, or additional information.
These requirements may be performed by FLICKPAY or, where applicable, the third-party provider responsible for the relevant transaction.
Transactions may be restricted or rejected when required for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
Applicable fees, exchange rates, network fees, and third-party provider charges may vary by transaction.
Third-party providers may independently determine their applicable fees, rates, limits, and processing requirements.
Cryptocurrency transactions involve risks including price volatility, network congestion, transaction delays, technical failures, regulatory changes, and irreversible transactions.
FLICKPAY does not guarantee the availability or value of any cryptocurrency or blockchain network.
FLICKPAY does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, blockchain networks, payment providers, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You may not use FLICKPAY for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized transactions, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or our service providers.
FLICKPAY may restrict or terminate access where necessary to protect users, the platform, or comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
FLICKPAY provides technology and payment-order infrastructure and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Third-party services are provided by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and regulatory requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FLICKPAY is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party provider actions, blockchain network failures, incorrect wallet addresses, transaction delays, cryptocurrency price changes, or events outside FLICKPAY's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
FLICKPAY may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
